"The filter itself works fine, and ordering..."
The filter itself works fine, and ordering from afina.com was easy, so no complaints there. My only thing is, um, the replacement filters are kind of expensive, especially if you’re changing them often. Overall it’s not bad at all... I just wish the ongoing cost was a bit lower.

"Installation was more frustrating than I expected"
I thought this would be a straightforward install, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I was comfortable with. The instructions didn’t really match the parts I received, which made me second-guess whether I was putting things together safely or correctly. I ended up having to redo it twice, i don’t love taking risks with something that should be clear from the start. I got it done eventually, but it’s not an experience I’d want to repeat.

"Decent, but I thought it would be better"
It works fine. Honestly. The water pressure is definitely better than my old showerhead, so that’s a plus. Nice. But the spray options are kind of limited, which was a little disappointing. Meh. Installation was easy enough and it does what it’s supposed to do, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more

it just didn’t feel very sturdy from the start. After using it for a short time, it broke way faster than I expected.

"Support Took Longer Than They Made It Sound"
They did get back to me eventually, but the wording made it seem like support would be quicker than it actually was. I was expecting a faster reply and ended up waiting longer than I planned. Once they answered, the response was fine, just nothing special. Not terrible, but definitely not as smooth as they made it sound.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping took forever and I was frustrated by the time it finally showed up. I get that delays happen, but still... I wasn’t really happy with the whole experience.

The box showed up really smashed, and the packaging was actually not great at all. It didn’t feel like there was enough protection for what was inside

"Still leaked here and there"
It worked alright overall, but the leak protection wasn’t totally dependable for me. Most of the time it was fine, but I still noticed a few small leaks, especially after using it for a while

"Canceling was an absolute nightmare"
Trying to manage my subscription was way more annoying than it had any right to be. I’m 100% convinced the cancel button was hidden on purpose, because finding it felt like a scavenger hunt. Then, when I finally thought I’d canceled, I still got charged again. Support took forever to respond and basically just sent me generic answers that didn’t really help. I just wanted to stop the plan, not spend days going back and forth. Definitely not worth the hassle.

"I don’t think this was worth the..."
I don’t think this was worth the money at all. I paid way too much for something that feels average, and the price is kind of ridiculous for the quality you get. I expected a lot better, especially at this cost. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

At first glance, the design looked nice enough, but it ended up feeling plain and boring overall. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and expecting something better...

"Why is this site so hard to use?!"
I tried using afina.com and got frustrated quickly. The pages felt slow, the menus were confusing, and I couldn’t even find basic info without clicking all over the place?! Maybe it works better for some people, but for me it was just not a good experience.

"Didn’t last nearly as long as I expected"
I bought this from Afina it seemed okay at first. But after just a few weeks, it started feeling loose and kind of cheap, even though I was only using it normally day to day. I’ve had similar products before that held up way better with the same kind of use, so this was disappointing.
Now it already has small cracks and doesn’t work like it did when it was new. For what I paid, I really expected it to last a lot longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wasn’t expecting filter replacement to be such a hassle, but come on now, it’s way too hard for something that should be simple. Definitely not a fun part of using it

"Returning my order was way more stressful than..."
Returning my order was way more stressful than it should’ve been. I had to chase them just to get the return details, and then the refund took weeks to come through. Their replies were slow and didn’t really help much either. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they sort out their returns, because the whole thing was frustrating.

"My hair does feel a bit better..."
My hair does feel a bit better now, so I’ll give it that. It’s not some huge, amazing change, though. I kind of feel like the expectations kept shifting, first it was supposed to make my hair healthier, then shinier, then easier to manage, like the goalposts kept moving. Overall, it helped a little, just not enough to be really impressed.

"Gave It a Fair Try, But Didn’t Notice a Difference"
I was really hoping this filter would make a noticeable difference, so I installed it and gave it a few weeks to do its thing. I kept waiting for that moment where the water smelled fresher or my skin felt better after showers, but nothing really changed. The water still had that slightly weird smell, and my skin felt pretty much the same as before. I wanted to like it, but in the end it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Wrong stuff showed up and something was missing"
My order was messed up. I got items I didn’t even order, and one thing I actually paid for was missing. It felt like someone just tossed in whatever was around and hoped I wouldn’t notice, which is frustrating because I was expecting the order to be checked properly before it shipped.

"Water pressure could be better"
